Any coaches looking for coaching work should send a brief hockey CV with full contact details to amanda.roberts@hockeywales.org.uk and we'll put your request on the website too.
Any club or school looking to employ a coach (paid or voluntary) must ensure that references are taken up (verbally and written), a clear Enhanced CRB check is obtained, qualifications and insurance are checked before any coach commences work.

Talent Development Coaching Vacancies
Following the launch of the Hockey for Life Framework, a new talent development pathway has been introduced for players, coaches, umpires and managers. Hockey Wales is seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals to fill a number of coaching vacancies throughout Wales, across a variety of Tiers.
New coaches will be part of a team of coaches who will be leading and delivering high quality sessions within Tier 2 (360° Hockey Centres) and Tier 4 (Red Shirt Sundays & National Age Groups).
Successful coaches will need to show a high level of coaching ability and confidence in a club or talent development environment. In return, coaches will be provided with kit, coach mentoring and other continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities commensurate to the commitment offered.
Coaches will be employed on a casual basis and Hockey Wales will look to support coaches through a flexible working approach to suit individual circumstances.
