Winning On and Off the Pitch - The Strategy for Hockey in Wales
Hockey Wales has set a bold, ambitious VISION for 2020 which was launched in October 2011. In order to help us deliver VISION 2020, the new strategy document outlines what we will need to focus on over the next 5 years (2012-2017). The draft strategy outlines what we are trying to achieve for the year 2020, identifies 5 big themes of work to focus on and then within each theme outlines some key actions.
The strategy is designed to provide an outline of what everyone involved in Hockey across Wales is working towards. It will help us prioritise our time and efforts in the right areas and make sure that Hockey is a successful, attractive and family friendly sport for life.
Hockey Wales would like to invite comments on the strategy so far. All comments are very welcome and will be carefully considered in amongst all the feedback we receive. The strategy can be viewed in either 'PDF' format or as a presentation ('prezi') – both of which are linked to this webpage.
