Today marks the start of the 360 programme for 2017/18. With over 350 players, across seven centres nationally, the programme is an exciting environment for talented athletes to train and develop their hockey.
Players can expect high intensity sessions that will test their skills and decision making, whilst giving them insight into what it takes to become an international athlete.
Coach Developer Lee Ible is looking forward to getting underway –
“360 has grown into a fantastic programme and is developing players for our National Age Group programme and every year we see more and more quality coming through”.
In preparation for this week’s launch, the 360 coaches came together in Cardiff last Sunday to work through plans for this season, with the aim of making the programme better than ever. The coaches spent the day working with Lee Ible and Head of Performance, Dan Clements and went away focused and ready to deliver high quality sessions, that will develop the next generation of Welsh talent.
