About the Event

This course is the first step to coaching hockey in Wales and is suitable for anyone aged 14+. The Award looks to build peoples confidence and leadership skills in a hockey environment.

You will learn about:

  • How to deliver fun and engaging hockey sessions
  • 4689 game format
  • Physical Literacy
  • GB Coaching Philosophy including the ‘Golden Thread’
  • How to use CHANGE IT and SMILES
