Amy made her Senior Women debut in 2018 in a test series in Poland and has gone on to score 3 goals for her country.
Ella was part of Team Wales at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Izzie has gone onto to represent the senior Welsh team in 2 Open Series tournaments and the 2019 Glasgow Europeans. She also vice-captained the under 21 team that achieved promotion in the 2019 Turkey Europeans.
Leah has represented GB on a number of occasions, inclduing the 2020 Olympics where she won a bronze medal
Millie made her senior international debut for Wales in 2021 at the European Championships in Prague, going on to play in the World Cup Qualifiers in Pisa.
Rebecca became involved with the senior squad at the start of this year and also represented Wales at the Junior World Cup in April.
Sarah was part of the GB team that won Bronze at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics Sarah played for the Premier club hockey Holcombe HC for 5 years, before moving to Wimbledom in 2021.
Following an 8-year spell out of the programme, Robinson returned to the squad in 2018. Sophie has played in several European tournaments and this will be her first Commonwealth Games.
Beth made her senior international debut against Scotland in 2014 at age 19 and has since played in 2 Commonwealth Games and 4 Europeans.
In 2014 she represented Wales Senior Women at the London Cup and was selected for the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
Hannah made her debut with Wales in 2016 and has played in several major tournaments for her country including, the World League and European Championship
Izzy began her Senior Welsh career in 2016, competing in the European championships held in Prague.
Olivia made her senior international debut for Wales in 2021 at the European Championships and was selected for Great Britian's Elite Development Programme 2022 squad.
Rose is part of a small group of Welsh players to represent Great Britain, she was delighted to be part of the programme from 2016- 2018.
Sian plays her club hockey and Captains the side at Bowdon Hockey club, having previously played at Firebrands through University and Chester Hockey club whilst at school.
After living in London for 4 years, Xenna moved back north to join her hometown club Bowdon Hightown HC.
Holly is really excited to have joined the Welsh senior team this year and to continue developing her hockey. This will be Holly's first Common Wealth Games.
Jo is Director of Hockey at Felsted School, previously coached Teddington HC and last season coached Braintree HC.
The forward has since gone on to represent Wales at over 8 major tournaments, including two Commonwealth Games, Glasgow in 2014 and Gold Coast in 2018, and three European Championships.
