By the end of the course, learners should be able to:

• Oversee a team of coaches in the delivery of fun & engaging sessions to support players development using the #endinmind principles

• Enhance your coaching craft to help create engaging and inclusive environments

• Apply the Golden Thread to longer-term planning to develop an effective series of linked coaching sessions which incorporate the current development themes

This Course is made up of 4 Modules, you will need to attend all modules in order and complete an online portfolio in order to complete the course.
